We loved our stay at this hotel and definitely plan to return. The property is wonderful and in a magnificent location. The staff are excellent and caring. The Wheelchair Accessible rooms are equipped with fresh bedding and very comfortable beds. The breakfast offers a great selection of delicious food.

It was convenient to the airport. There were restaurants within walking distance. The pool & breakfast were wonderful. It seems like they are updating the whole hotel. The dinning room & lobby could use some updates that lighten them up. What has been updated looks good. The room smelled like paint though. You should probably open windows to air out the rooms frequently. I think it will be great when redone!

The venue has amazing rooms with a VERY comfortable bed, fresh bedding, and amicable staff. They serve delicious food, have a lot of options to choose from. - A unique base for our trip, would love to return. I had a great one-night stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Charleston-Ashley Phosphate. the rooms were fantastic, with comfy beds and friendly staff. the food options were delightful, and it made for a unique place to stay during our trip. I would definitely consider returning in the future.

The pool area was nice and the location was great and unbeatable, not far from stores to shop at, area attractions, and other points of interestStaff. Furthermore, close to restaurants and shopping. They gave us Wheelchair Accessible room with fresh bedding and a VERY comfortable bed, as example and that was essential.

The service here was excellent, the food was enjoyable, and the room was clean, modern, and had a security safe.

The rooms were great. The location was easy to get to and just a few minutes from downtown breakfast was really good and the ladies working breakfast were very friendly. The lady working the front desk made us feel very welcome and reconigzed us as IHG members. Great visit

It was a nice and quiet place to stay. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Would stay there again.

I had no hot water two mornings in a row due to a faulty part. They would only compensate me for one morning because I didn't complain the first morning. I guess they expect you to complain about everything quickly. I like to give a benefit of the doubt myself I learned something.

comfy bed in the room with central heating, a laptop-size safe, and a multi-channel TV. The bathrooms are nice with a tub, and the pool area is pleasant. The staff here is really friendly and helpful! 😊
